Mr. Hergenroeder has been practicing law since 1972, during which time he has provided representation in a multitude of real estate transactions, including large commercial transactions and complex real estate matters. In addition, Mr. Hergenroeder has handled a broad diversity of representations involving real estate, including land use planning, subdivision approval, and litigation involving real estate contracts, development agreements, zoning issues, assessment appeals, and property line disputes. He has extensive experience in preparing an array of real estate documents, including complex transactional agreements, mortgages, easements, and rights-of-way and has negotiated a multitude of real estate transactions.
