In the course of his twenty-three year practice, Mr. Harvey has focused principally on litigation in Pennsylvania courts. He has extensive experience in real estate litigation, including representing banks in Pennsylvania and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, realtors, buyers, and sellers as well as providing representation in construction disputes. He has also developed his expertise in general commercial litigation. Recently, for instance, Mr. Harvey represented one member of a joint venture in a complex dispute with other members of the venture regarding their breach of fiduciary duty.
