For more than ten years, Mr. Ulven has litigated cases in both federal and state courts. He has experience in a variety of areas, including employment discrimination, contract disputes, products liability, eminent domain, personal injury and business torts. He has often provided representation on legal problems confronted by construction contractors and real estate developers, including payment disputes, mechanic's liens, environmental regulations, employee relations, and warranty claims. Most recently, Mr. Ulven successfully defended a $400,000 age and disability discrimination lawsuit, persuading the federal district court to dismiss the complaint at an early stage of the proceedings.
