Mr. Sommer has more than thirty years' experience in a broad based commercial and complex litigation practice in federal and state court, as well as various arbitration venues. Mr. Sommer has experience in securities matters representing both Claimants and Respondents, contracts, corporate control and corporate governance, employment litigation, non-competes and confidentiality agreements, land use disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraudulent conveyances and professional malpractice. Mr. Sommer obtained a multimillion dollar award against a national brokerage house for failure to provide suitable investment advice.
